  • Do you offer returns or exchanges?
    No, all sales are FINAL. Forever Glam by Nique does not accept returns nor exchanges. However, if you have any concerns about your order please email shopforeverglam@gmail.com.
  • How long is processing and shipping?
    Orders will be shipped within 14 business days after the payment is processed. Standard shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery. Due to COVID-19, please allow additional processing time.
  • How do I track my order?
    A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has shipped. Please note that once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of your item.
  • How do I care fo my ForeverGlam lashes?
    Remove glue buildup by holding the lash by the base and GENTLY peeling off glue with your fingers. If there is excess buildup, use an oil-free makeup remover with a cotton swab to remove any glue or mascara. Store your lashes in their original tray to maintain lashes shape and keep them clean.
  • How do I maintain my extensions/wig?
    Wash and condition your wig/extensions at least every two weeks. We highly recommend co-washing once a week.
  • Where do I send my hair for my custom unit if I am supplying my own hair?
    The address to ship the hair will be sent out via email after your order is submitted.
